Beijing Yiju  Architecture Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") is a whollyowned subsidiary of Beijing Chengdong International Modular Housing Corporation. Founded in 2014 with a registered capital of 10 million, it is a specialized enterprise in the field of light steel villa housing integrating scientific research, design, production, and service. The Company has successfully provided services for more than 2,000 projects in over 100 countries. Since 2007, it has provided high-end houses for camps suitable for different scenarios to numerous enterprises such as CMC, CCCC, CREC, CWE, CNPC, and Sinopec. In accordance with the strategic development plan of the parent company, the Company has taken the construction of high-end houses for camps, fine decoration modular products, and villa residences as its development direction. 距離北京城市副中心 140 公里，總占地面積 105 畝，現(xiàn)有人員 300 余人，工廠核心定位為集成 房屋生產(chǎn)加工及倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)物流基地，行業(yè)內(nèi)率先實(shí)現(xiàn)核心部件由自動(dòng)化焊接機(jī)器人生產(chǎn)，生產(chǎn)車間從主 型材冷彎、焊接、打磨、噴涂、裝修均采用流水線布局，工廠設(shè)有材料實(shí)驗(yàn)室，對(duì)核心主材性能能 夠完成自主檢測(cè)，也是制造中心、成本費(fèi)用中心、服務(wù)中心、質(zhì)量中心、形象中心。

The factory is 140 kilometers away from the Beijing Municipal Administrative Center, covering a total area of 105 mu with more than 300 staff. The core positioning of the factory is as a modular housing production, processing, warehousing and logistics base. It is the first in the industry to adopt the automated welding robots for the production of core components. Its production workshop utilizes the assembly line layout for the cold bending, welding, grinding, spraying, and decoration of the main profiles. The factory also has a material laboratory capable of independently testing the performance of core main materials. It serves as a manufacturing center, cost center, service center, quality center, and image center
